Terrible management. Upper management has final say and influence over everything. They are very old school, rude and sexist. Senior level employees do the least amount of work and of course, get paid the most, while all the real work is done by lower level employees who receive zero respect and appreciation. Communication is terrible and their offshore model needs to be completely revamped. Tons of turnover. Unfair wages. Complete favoritism for men and Indian employees. Experience and performance means nothing to these people. Management is constantly telling you to improve this and that, but offers zero direction and guidance. Any ideas you share will immediately be shot down. This place sucks the life out of you more and more each day. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time working here.
