Pros

Because I live in a different market, email and text are the main source of communication. Communicating with team members at Tagkast have been awesome. Everyone responds quickly and have always been professional. Expectations are clear from the beginning of each event I manage and I've never had any issues with contractual payments. I love working with Tagkast and have made them a priority when working with several different companies.

Cons

Like with any company, there may be last minute changes or needs on event days. You have to be open and flexible to the possibility of this. If you don't like the idea of change, and aren't able to adapt quickly than this field (not just this company) is not the place for you.

Pros

- Great freedom to express ideas - Abilities to speak and meet with great agencies - Very close and supportive team - Beer Fridays!

Cons

- Not your average sales team - Might be small and not completely structured, but a lot of room to grow

Pros

Tagkast is an marketing software, so you get to talk to a lot of cool people on a day to day basis. Opportunities to meet your companies in person and see their offices (I was able to visit Boston Beer which was really cool!). Helpful management staff, they make sure that you have the tools necessary to succeed, and if you don't they will be open to suggestions. I actually had one of the CEO's help me with Grad school applications which shows there commitment and care for their employees wellbeing. You get a brand new MacBook Air to work on. Free food on Friday from local Chicago restaurants. Beer 'o' clock during Friday meetings. Game room with Mario Kart available during lunch and after work. Not a micro-management atmosphere, if you produce then you are encouraged to use your own method to keep going!

Cons

Some of the accounts have been worked by a few different past reps so it can be little harder to get into them if you don't add the correct contacts, but if you add your own accounts you can build a big book of business. Like any startup company, their are hiccups, but that is to be expected with any smaller company.
