      company has lot of projects in different fields like highways, bridges, transit system, etc. gives you lot of exposure

      pay raise every year is basic escalation doesn't matter how good job you do

      - Hybrid schedule (can work from home) - Decent Benefits

      Cons

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
