Pros
Best place for a work and life balance. A lot of remote opportunities. The video editing department has the best colleagues to work with.
Cons
- Bad management and no ethics at all with how they handle things - Managers think they are good enough or even doing a good job, especially when an idea for everyone to go for a upskill/upgrade was raised - HR and managers don't even know what they are doing at all, to the point they are asking the subordinates - There are no chances to evolve and grow - No pay raised until you ask - Asking for the bare minimum will seem like fighting for your rights - Asking for a pay raise will cause you to lose your job - The company is all about budget and cutting cost
