      Pros

      The location of the office is nice and the furniture is OK. The lunch room is good.

      Cons

      No team spirit, zero motivation (or care) from the senior management. They talk at us and don't listen to us. Management values tuckus kissing more than competence or people who disagree.

      Pros

      Strong technology support. Help desk personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.

      Cons

      Very competitive market space for managed IT solutions. Small to medium size employers not willing to invest in IT infrastructure which limited revenue growth. Marketing campaign and lead generation at the franchise level was poor.
