-Outdated systems and no direction. Always reacting rather than preventing issues. -Constantly losing knowledge from previous employees and constantly starting from scratch as no one seems to be aware of whats going on. Upper management doesn't have a plan for fixing this it seems. -No care about fixing problems and playing the blame game instead of constructive criticism. -Favoritism for those who like to be 'friendly' with upper management and dont like to work. You will get piled on work for that reason. -Corporate seems to be a better work environment but doesn't seem to be reigning in management at this site since they lose employees left and right and cycle through fresh out of college students regularly. -Going to work is dreadful and the people they keep and have been there a long time are toxic. Falsely reporting people to HR and allowing a lot of unprofessional behavior to fester.
