Work from home- life balance.

Cons

unprofessional management...TTEC stopped giving annual raises. No accountability for certain employees who drop or forward call to other employees as call avoidance. When other associates don't follow up with customers you have to do their job. Lazy managers who avoid taking an escalation call by telling you to de-escalate after the customer said multiple times that they want to speak to a supervisor or manager. Supervisors not following up with calls after you escalated the call to them, they tell you to call the customer back. Other supervisors will not assist you because you are not apart of their team.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
