Pros

Some of the people you work with, you really feel a connection or certain attraction to business wise.

Cons

The attendance policy had to be created by a robot. This is why it's title A.I integration because this company seems to expect for life NOT to happen. I was let go due to issues that were out of my control, two being technical based and one being a serious family emergency. There was no leniency even with proof or doctor note! They will continue to lose some really awesome workers with this type of policy. Also, with the specific part of TTEC that I was employed for involved having numerous tabs and browsers open for ONE company in particular which is very overwhelming. You have 18 tabs bookmarked, have to search for results, make sure to "code" it right and write detailed notes within 3 minutes or less with NO errors. Let's be realistic here, maybe this company should try incorporating a database that can provide all of this within ONE application on ONE browser as other companies do and yes, that does mean spending more money for that in order for this to work.
