Pros
It is a laid back environment and I absolutely love the people I work with. I have an amazing manager and we do get benefits.
Cons
The biggest thing for me is the pay, working has actually put me more in debt. For the work we do we are not compensated equally. If you feel like being yelled at on a daily basis this is the job for you. The parking is horrible at the building I am in and a woman in our HC wears less clothing than a swim suit model. I actually hate coming to work everyday and hear it from multiple other employees.
