You get to work on genuinely interesting problems—high-traffic services, microservices, cloud deployments—so it never feels boring or repetitive. Managers are approachable and actually listen when you bring up technical concerns or improvement ideas.
Cons
Things can move pretty fast, and sprint deadlines sometimes feel tighter than they should. As the company grows, not all internal processes have caught up, so you may run into some inefficiencies. Teams can feel a bit stretched at times, which can lead to higher workloads during busy periods.
