Pros
Good per diem. 55 dollars a day. If you're the best at old or unique machines you'll always have work. You can work as much overtime as you want or as much as possible.
Cons
Waiting around for days only to get sent home because there are no missions. Sometimes very low hours because of issues with spare parts or no new missions.
