Pros
Free seltzer water. Not much else.
Cons
I am only writing this so it doesn’t happen to the next person. Trc started great and very quickly went down hill. First you will have to do a presentation on the companies core values for the interview. This should be your first red flag. The training is two months and during that time you are forced to read 4 different self help books. They micromanage everything. Every single morning is started with a “high intensity workout” that is mandatory and they’ll make you feel bad if you don’t want to participate. You are required to watch 3 training videos everyday and very quickly you will find yourself watching the same videos over and over again. The “culture” that they have here felt like a cult. They have daily meetings where everyone gets together and claps and cheers at “wins” from other days. Every meeting they like to shout at the same time the company mission statement. they use their “core values” in everyday conversations. You will be required to share your personal goals with your new manager. They ring a large bell when someone gets a big sale and it will scare you more than anything. If that’s not bad enough now you get to the job. You are cold calling all day everyday for 8.5 hours. You make at least 125 cold calls a day and most days more than that. No one answers and you will quickly be blocked and become spam. The people that do answer don’t want to talk to you. You manually dial and leave every single call and voicemail. It Felt more like a telemarketer job instead of sales. They don’t give you any inbound leads for months on end. Your daily call count is displayed in a large monitor for the whole company to see. In the end all they’ll do to help is tell you to stay even later and make more calls like that’s going to change anything. The turnover rate at this company is very high. Employees were leaving left and right. There are No work from home days. the shift is 9 hour long and you only get a 30 minute lunch break. If I could go back in time I would never have worked here.
