      Good for entry level positions, or people looking to get more experience.

      Cons

      Pay is below market, salary increases are not guaranteed, and sometimes are cut. Only 7 paid holidays, including a floating holiday. Most days other companies have off, we do not get to enjoy off. Expected to work when on PTO.

      The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

      Cons

      I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
