Pros
Not employed long enough after our takeover to make any solid observations. The corp. employees that came to our office were very nice. Average benefits.
Cons
When TRC bought my old co. there was a lot of big talk about how great it was going to be going forward. Less than 6 months later they laid about 80 of the about 100 people in my local office off due to lack of work. Apparently, they forgot to back up all the claims. Totally expected though. In my case, lots of mismanagement that costs us clients and work.
