Pros

I love being able to work remote and not having to worry about traffic/commuting. You are also able to move up quickly if you show up and want to grow with company. They also have trainings and learnings you can do to assist with personal and professional growth, There is a variety of different accounts you can work on if you don't like the campaign you are on you can always apply for another for lateral changes. There is also a good culture for dei/incultion which I appreciate.

Cons

System issues, the computers are not always the best and can be frustrating. Compensation could be better for the work that you do. Not many paid holidays. Cost of living range.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
