In 20 years of being a professional I have never even remotely witnessed anything like this. It would take me hours to write up everything negative. Here are the high level bullet points. An organization that operates like Scientology. People get intimidated to a degree I never thought I would see it happening in front of my own eyes. Where to start. Let's see. Not being allowed to bring your phone to the office, in 2023. Are you kidding me. Countless other rules that makes no sense, like not being allowed to have a coffee at your desk. A coffee that most companies give for free to employees. Here you get it at a vending machine and you have to drink it in the hallway. The list goes on. But what is shocking more than anything is what happens if an employee leaves. In the case of a colleague, within days they tried to evacuate from the company provided appartement room. That employee was sick and at a doctor trying to get help. Next thing comes home and finds all belongings gone, including passport. Now I advised the employee yesterday to go to the police. This behavior is not highly unethical an immoral but most likely illegal. Wherever you are in Europe. I hope my advice gets followed up on. It is the first thing I would have done. But these Scientology Methods scare people. It is insane.

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
