Pros

I have been with quite a few companies BPO and Corporate and my experience here has been nothing but amazing. What an amazing company, when I was hired I knew I'm coming to a good company, but what I received surpassed my expectations by far. I love what I do, love being in a technical Support role and helping people I'm passionate about that, and take pride in resolving issues as quickly as possible and as efficiently as possible, but most of all I'm in love with the TP culture its just something I've never experienced before, I actually feel appreciated for what I do. After receiving my first superstar award I really felt appreciated, it made me feel special and that just makes me want to do more, there are so many benefits to being apart of TP you are well looked after in so many aspects, health, wellbeing, care and concern not to mention, absolutely superb management, I'm literally excited to work everyday, you wake up not knowing what to expect, Teleperformance always surprises, you don't know what's going to happen but you know its going to be good. Thank you Teleperformance for taking a chance with me for hiring me, for making me feel like I belong and making me apart of this amazing family, love it here.

You have to go home after your shift.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
