Pros

Payment is okay but could be much better especially since ANTALYA is so expensive It is always on time We do not need to take the public transport the company organized coaches and minibuses for every area Money card for food

Cons

Everyday we spent more than 12-13 hours of our days for work - 10hours a day at work - 80min break Old project - B2C - the shift ends at 12am (since winter season began) We have women with babies and children but the company does not care about that either No work life balance No extra fun No extra space / room as in other locations of TP for some relaxation Only a little food corner area for more than 100ppl No canteen or restaurant in the building- everything is outside - some far away only 45 min for lunchbreak makes it hard to have something good mostly and in Antalya there is huge problem with the quality of the food and hygiene Ppl are always under pressure bc of the AHT - 7 min for a call in B2B area No smoking corner only two little balconies for so many ppl - in the high season it was literally the hell to smoke out there There is no fun factor organized by TP as they promote on their sites- no come togethers, no sport activities, no game activities Health problem increases because of the working hours and just sitting for 10-13 hours and there is no balance between work and our lives

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
