Pros

The pay is great.

I had been with the company around 3 years. Due to personal reasons I chose to leave the company. In doing so, proper action was taken to see to it that I did everything right as I do not like to leave anywhere under bad circumstances. Even though I had wrote a separation letter, I was still given that I could not be hired back. While for the most part, I did great as an employee I find this making employees just another number. You are constantly wrote up for something whether it’s bad escalation rate, taking TIME to help the customers, or stats beyond your control. The stress of this company makes the pay not as worth it in my opinion.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
