Pros
The Salary Package they offer is very attractive.
Cons
Back-stabbing and bad management, of people and projects, is normal at TOMRA. Projects are not conducted in a transparent way, and there is no strategy. Managers, even though they prefer the word "leader", have no up-to-date leadership vision or soft skills. If it goes well, they'll take the glory, if it doesn't, they'll point fingers. Expect no career-growing prospect from certain departments. You'll spend most of your time juggling internal politics instead of getting things done. If work-life balance is important to you, don't work for TOMRA. Meetings at 6:30 am or 8 pm are considered normal. People will work around the clock and the supervisor will think that is normal. If you have a question or need an explanation, they'll tell you to watch a 2h meeting recording (boring and unmotivating).
