DO NOT think all these reviews are "bad employees" letting off steam. This is the worst place to ever work. Even before I started the owners (father/son team) resisted providing me a written job offer until I insisted upon it, then on my first day still tried to pay me less than the agreed upon wage. The old man always screams at employees even in direct view of customers, I think so he can show how "macho" he is. And the son isn't much better. DO not bring your own tools, they will be stolen.

Cons
I normally do not write reviews, but I figure if this will help one person stay away from the mess that isTNT. I worked at TNT for 1 week before I got tired of being lied to, have the negative talk about the employees, and how rude the owners are. I interviewed with TNT and I read the reviews but didn't think it could be that bad. I was wrong. The agreeed upon salary was not met by the company, we agreed upon insurance first day of start and the Tom Ferris (owner) told me it was illegal to give someone insurance before 90 days (which is a lie). I couldn't believe how bad the ownership talked to employees but I do understand a little on why the average employee wasn't even there for 90 days. I seen 2 people quit with in a week just because of the work environment. My recommendation do not waste your time or patience with this place
