The won't pay you. I'm owed a multiple thousands and I doubt I will ever see that money. They kept finding excuses as to why we couldn't get paid. Medical insurance was terminated without our knowledge and when confronted they brushed it off as... "Oopsy! Forgot to pay it." They never took full responsibility for their poor money management and terrible communication skills. They will keep you there with their toxic positivity and make you feel guilty with "do it for the kids" but you can tell it's because they are greedy, but won't pay their employees on time or at all. Received multiple partial paychecks late and eventually they couldn't catch up. There are probably around 30-40 people owed wages. Please RUN from this company. I hated my profession while working here. Leaving was the best decision. The culture is build by all the RBTs, BCBAs, and specialties. We are the ones that make the company great, the owners make you hate it, but the team keeps you sane. Also, be aware that any one star reviews on Google have been frequently removed. Adding to how dishonest they are and the poor integrity the whole company and family has.
