I worked for this company for over three years, and my experience has gone downhill over time. I still have not received my paycheck since September, even after leaving the job. No employee should have to wait months to be paid for work they already completed. Throughout my time there, I witnessed a lot of unfair treatment and obvious favoritism. Management was rarely present, and communication was always inconsistent. Employees were often left without proper guidance or support, and issues were ignored instead of being resolved. It's extremely disappointing after dedicating years to this company. I hope they improve how they treat their staff in the future, but based on my experience, I would not recommend working here.
