      No pros working at this company

      Cons

      Overload of workloads, toxic environment. If you are new there you will get bullied. Biasedness is a norm as well. No work life balance which is understandable as its retail hours, always have to OT. Too high expectations and always required to run errands when its not within your job scope.

      - Pay rate is acceptable if workload is based on what is written in contract - Helpful colleagues - Gives you a good opportunity to learn new things, higher management is open to teach

      Cons

      - Scope is not based on what is written in contract but more workload will be expected in order to reduce the workload of your manager - Lack in guidance (have to find out yourself of the “know how”). - Very minimal time given for task to be done - Consistent reporting is required
