      Great staff, relatively okay with scheduling, employee parties, gift cards

      Cons

      When employees do not get enough customers to apply for the TJX rewards credit card, they or their coordinators are held responsible. It is not employees fault that customers do not want to apply for another credit card in this economy.

      nice break room, lovely employees and supervisors so far!

      Cons

      barely any hours for anyone, corporate is shady. lied about hiring (they put out a hiring table with business cards even though our store was NOT hiring and our employees were barely getting any work) and they are anti-union
