Pros

The job is flexible with no set schedule and no visible supervision. Terrible pay once per month but it is still a step above having no job at all.

Cons

The job requires you to be constantly checking your computer every few minutes for tasks, or you risk missing out on opportunities when they become available. After that, there may be none for the rest of the day or even for several days. The pay is shockingly low. You will never earn anywhere near $500 per month, regardless of how hard you work. The pay will vary, but it will always be significantly below $500 because the wage rate is so low. Some tasks demand college-level education, yet the compensation does not reflect this. It’s long, tiring work for minimal pay, with an inconsistent workflow. There is no feedback on your performance, leaving you without direction for improvement. There is no plan for wage increases or promotions, no matter how long you've been with the company. No health benefits or any other perks are provided. Additionally, you must wait an entire month to get paid. There used to be a time in America when companies and their clients would not be allowed to operate in such a manner.

Pros

Company culture is very relaxed and laid back. The people who work here build some of the best products for the biggest clients in the world. Bar-none, I’ve never worked with more intelligent and passionate people ever. There is pride in efficiency, quality, and so much more.

Cons

Management is very… out of touch? Not at their own fault to be clear, but out of business processes. It’s difficult for them to grow and promote employees because they’re constantly shifted from one team to the next. The pay is “Meh” at best, and nowhere near the industry standard, but it is safe.
