-I’m the 3rd person to leave this position in the last 15 months
-extreme staff shortages. open positions are not filled for a minimum 4 months at a time and you will be asked to pick up the open positions tasks.
-no cross training, resulting in no coverage to take vacation time
-wages are not competitive
-cannot afford health insurance offered
- no perks, no discounts, no fringe benefits to speak of
-corporate headquarters are in a highly industrial area. cannot walk/bus/bike to work because of this.
-don’t have Diversity Equity Inclusion committee or initiatives.
-no conference rooms to have a training/meeting or take a private phone call.
-you have to pay for your own standing desk, space heater, foot rest etc
-I would have put this in an employee satisfaction survey but they don’t have one and have no plans for implementing one. I asked HR.
