No way to get promoted with out being a brown-nosing sycophant. The CEO pretends to cry at all hands meetings, and waxes poetic about how Teague is a family, and then layoffs off senior members with 20 years experience. The very next day they post job reqs for those positions. No more 401k matching, and expensive Health insurance for married people.
