      it is a good entry level- starter job in retail banking because you will learn a lot.

      Cons

      customers are feral. hours are ridiculous even as a part time- does not give a good work-life balance.

      Current Team is great and benefits are strong

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't see that the decisions and constant changes are making it harder for their employees. Compensation is less than competitors
