I enjoy working here and the pay is great

I have no complaints, I love it here.

I get paid well + bonuses and get to use my creativity, unlike that negative person who posted otherwise below. People keep in mind this company is for people who want to feel a sense of entrepreneurship and who are self-motivated. The vacation, 401K and team environment is great as well. We are a fast-paced growing company with little room for hand holding or micromanaging. Great company for those that are go getters, with creative solutions and thick skin as we work with all the major carriers out there. No room for slackers. I have been at ALCATEL for 3 years and have seen nothing but improvements.

Company structure changes at time due to our rapid growth and at times promotions may take some time due to the changing climate, but promotions don't happen at a year at large companies, right? So why expect that at ALCATEL that is growing. I will say management styles can vary from depts. so analyze your hiring manager when interviewing to see if you match personalities.
