Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

An incredibly stressful place to work! The two owners treat the employees horribly. The pay is marginal at best (although they would tell you otherwise), the benefits are horrendous, almost completely out of the pocket of the employee. Most of the employees (all of the IT department and Help Desk) are in a windowless basement in a residential home made into an office space. Employees are cramped together and practically on top of one another. People are constantly quitting - it's a revolving door of people who never last long. Morale is non-existent. No employee perks of any kind.

Pros

- Can survive COVID lockdowns, miraculously. - Great opportunities for menial tasks! - Extremely unprofessional to the point where you might actually get away with smack talk within earshot of employees and they just sort of accept it's a feature of the company environment. So go ahead, be a the most unlikable person possible.

Cons

- You will be called the 'f-ing new guy' (FNG for short, no this isn't a joke) by the management. This will also come with the same office etiquette that is similar to how it was 40 years ago. - You will be yelled at by everyone and your intelligence will be insulted. - All mistakes will be pinned on you and that will be enough to get you a nice 'short term' employment here that isn't worth putting on any resume. - Workload from day one is overwhelming, despite being super easy. You will be stretched far too thin and it will somehow be your fault. If you attempt to suggest how to make any process better, you will be ignored or yelled at even more.
