Pros

Easy work to do because standards are getting lower. Do not really have to work hard because there is nothing to lose bonus wise. If you want to keep your job, doing the bare minimum is okay. A bright side is almost everyone feels the same way.

Cons

Bonus is almost gone. Raises are close to zero. The company is past heading in the wrong direction, they are at the bottom of the pit. HR has hurt company culture and moral that people do not care if they get let go. Benefits like consignment watches are a thing of the past. The company has gone cheap on 5 year interval service awards. Health insurance benefits are getting very expensive. No more summer hours. Office desk employees are treated differently than manual labor employees. Manual labor employees had over a week of vacation days stripped from them because of modified work schedules due to COVID-19. Office workers did not have days taken from them. You will never receive any respect if you are manual labor employee. Management is sloppy, especially all the top executives and HR. You will want to leave after a few months, after the fresh feeling of working for a new company wears off. Unlike in the past, employees are always unhappy and complaining. HR is trying to appear friendlier and it is insulting everyone further. Clueless management. Morale is the worst I have ever seen.

Pros

Working at TAG Heuer has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I was recruited by Theresa, Senior HR Business Partner, at a time when I was looking to pivot my career into a different field , and I am so grateful for the opportunity. During my three years with the company, I had the privilege of contributing to our boutique earning the title of the #1 TAG Heuer boutique worldwide for two consecutive years while consistently delivering over $1 million in annual sales. The environment is fast paced, client focused, and deeply rooted in the brand’s heritage, innovation, and passion for luxury timepieces. One thing that truly stood out to me was the team dynamic. I actually left the company to pursue another opportunity, but after a month away I realized how much I valued the culture, leadership, and camaraderie at TAG Heuer, which ultimately led me to return. That experience reinforced just how special the people and workplace are. Pros: Strong team culture, supportive leadership, excellent training, incredible brand heritage, opportunities to build lasting client relationships, and the chance to represent one of the most respected names in luxury watches.

Cons

There is an opportunity to improve the timing of exclusive and limited-edition product allocations to boutiques, which would further enhance advisors’ ability to support collectors and enthusiasts. Additional recognition for associates who achieve exceptional milestones, such as over $1 million in annual sales, could also help reinforce and celebrate outstanding performance. In addition, reviewing base salary levels periodically could help ensure compensation remains competitive within the luxury retail market.
