Everything else - senior management is all about protecting itself and its mates, There is no support for positive change or to manage poor performance. There is no way to get rid of bad staff, so good people give up and leave, burnt out and traumatised. There was one good MD and he was hounded out - he took any hope for a functioning organisation with him. People without qualifications or relevant experience are given high paying, responsible roles which they can't do - just because they're been around for a long time and are personal friends with other long-timers. Continual re-structuring but no-one addresses the real, systemic problems of poor leadership, lack of accountability and dishonesty.
