Pros

Working as a Dispatcher at T.M. Cobb Company has been an exceptional experience. From day one, I felt embraced by a supportive team that values collaboration and communication. The management truly prioritizes employee development, providing resources and training that help us excel in our roles. In my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to coordinate driver activities and optimize workflow, which has significantly improved overall efficiency. The emphasis on safety and compliance has made my job rewarding, knowing that I contribute to maintaining high standards in our operations. The company culture fosters open communication, allowing me to build strong relationships with both drivers and management. This teamwork has not only enhanced our daily operations but also created a positive work environment where everyone feels valued. I am proud to be part of T.M. Cobb Company and excited about our collective future. It’s a fantastic place to grow professionally while making meaningful contributions to the success of the team.

Pros

Maybe a few good colleagues

Cons

Unaccountable leadership. Shifting all blame to the team and force feeding it laughable "personnel development" trainings (e.g. "What is Feedback"). Pushing outdated concepts to create an illusion of leadership involvement. Arrogant and disrespectful attitude from some "leaders". Be prepared to be treated like children and sing along. Focus on bureaucracy, not on doing actual work. Acronyms matter more than results. Failure to identify areas to leverage modern technology. Everything is done by hand or using Excel. Total lack or organization. Disregard for any productive ideas. Meetings about meetings. No cooperation between department managers. In fact flat out resentment. Pay is borderline offensive.
