Unfair contract - Anonymous employee T.K. Maxx Employee Review

Offer staff an 8 hour contract, but always provide / expect 20 hours + . the reason for this is that when you go on holiday, they only pay you for 8 hours. Rota can be changed at the last minute. i.e., You will be given your rota a week in advance, then 24 hours before the start of the week, you may lose shifts. Poor discount : 10% Expected to attend meetings ( for an hour) on occasional Sundays . No appraisals, although stated in training. Management always too busy /
