Everything. Treated like a child every single day, scrutinised for being 1 minute late or leaving 1 minute early. Have to beg and plead to leave early for dentist or doctors. Shocking pay for the 9 hours of hell you endure a day. Management are absolutely disgraceful, all have been there either too long and are rusty as nails when it comes to speaking to and dealing with the younger generation or some have been there a short amount of time and think they are so far above you even though they are really not. Told exactly what time to go on lunch and its very specific. Not told until the day so you can go in and be told your lunch is either at 11:50 or 14:15 it varies every day, who is to tell people when they are hungry???? If you don’t manage to go EXACTLY on time for lunch you lose the rest of it as you are expected back exactly on the hour mark, you even have to log it on your computer and a nice little countdown comes up, same goes for toilet breaks so they can see if it takes you 1 minute 12 seconds to use the toilet or 6 minutes which apparently is too long as it goes over your allocated time of 5 minutes for a toilet break.

Pros

Honestly, none - except that you get paid just enough to barely cover your bills.

Cons

Extremely low salary for the amount of work expected. Management regularly degrades, humiliates and shouts at staff. Hybrid working was initially supported, but with just one weeks notice, we were told to return to the office full-time - no negotiation. Just “leave if it’s a problem”. Staff morale is consistently low due to poor treatment and inadequate pay. There are also no company benefits. All of the above to also be abused by residents/tenants.
