- If you want a high salary need to find a bigger company. - fewer colleagues, need to settle many works by yourself, but the boss and colleagues will help.

Good development as a fresh graduate as they will throw you into the deep end early. Met some great designers, all have left for better firms/studios.

Toxic work culture fueled by senior designers, cliques and political suck-ups. Onboarding process is non-existent. Pays well below market rate (in particular Arch graduates) Long hours Forcing junior staff to do work outside of their role (admin work & office duties on-top of your role duties) Projects can be quite boring and repetitive, often taking on odd jobs/low quality clients.
