Pros
Absolutely none, I honestly can't think of a single thing
Cons
I have worked for several international companies, so I can compare. Systal might have been a decent local company, but on a global level, they simply can't handle it. And that's due to senior management, not due to employees and local teams who are trying to do their best, being pulled from one piece of work to another without proper communication or strategic vision from management. The company is a mess on every level from top to bottom, processes are non existent and teams are being dissolved or reorganized frequently leaving people startled. So people just end up constantly firefighting issues which are burning the most. Hardly professional, productive or rewarding way of working. Management have no regard for their employees, people feel undervalued and there is a strong sense of frustration and tension felt across the whole company. Do I need to explain how this work culture affects customer experience? Btw, there is no training provided or funded, no career path, no bonus, no salary increase. No wonder people are leaving by numbers.
