Leader in their domain, divesting in multiple domains which shows the maturity and business acumen of founding forefather. Overall good working environment, marginal growth compared to peers in the industry. Strong foundation of Integrity and Ethics imbibed from the founder and leading by example
Cons
Depends on the business group one gets hired into, some of the managers provides conducive work environment and opportunities for their team to grow and excel while few don't have any interest for people genuinely performing under him/her. Some of the seniors don't nurture budding young talent considering them as competition for themselves.
