      Colleagues are really nice and the company has great work-life balance.

      The company is facing challenging times and it is not clear the strategy and the direction. Talent and knowledge retention is a challenge and that is going to have consequences in the market in middle term.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
