4yThanks so much for your review, and for your kind words. I agree with everything you said here, including that some of us work long hours at times. Like you said, I think that comes with the territory - we're a group of passionate people working to build something amazing! That being said, we're always talking about how to encourage time off and spread the workload so that we can avoid burnout. I suspect this will be an ongoing conversation as we grow, figure out what works for us, and adjust.
