Career progress halts after a point, salary not as good as competition.

There used to be great flexibility at this company as long as the work was completed. The patients are about 80% pleasant.

The therapists are lazy when it comes to treatment. Most don’t want to do their job, and have front desk staff take on the role of physical therapist assistant. Any issues patients have with therapists are blames on front desk staff. There have been complaints on therapist leaving patients to do their exercises with no assistance. This is bad treatment as many patients are unaware of how to correctly preform exercises. Overall therapists mainly rely on front desk for front desk duties and therapists duties. This is difficult as the clinic is very busy, operating from 7 am-7pm. The boss is very cheap and doesn’t pay fairly when compared to the actual work. This job also requires a lot of movement, lifting objects and assisting people with weights and exercises.
