      Great people My job was flexible so I was able to learn as much from PMs as I wanted and felt comfortable with

      Cons

      Even with lots of experience, it's difficult to get a promotion internally. Better to get experience here and apply elsewhere for higher level role

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      The individual groups have great people, and in the past they have been great for promoting from within.

      Cons

      Over the past few years the company has been struggling and laying people off quite regularly. It leaves the working environment in a very negative space.
