      Working from home allowed for flexibility. Work was interesting and rewarding

      Working globally with other team members was a challenge to align collaboratively. Salary raises were minimal Recognition for long term hard work often took a back seat to occasional mishaps.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
