      Sign on bonuses (but payback info isn't clear), good benefits package (unlimited PTO but it is up to management discretion), most team members have a lot of experience.

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring, little to no ability to influence change, even at senior management levels, in-fighting between divisions when issues arise.
