Pros
SymSoft is a very cool company to work for in Sacramento. They have a very nice office, very modern and comfortable furniture, the pantry is very well managed with free snacks, nuts and fresh fruits, tea coffee and drinks. They also have many office parties where senior managers make waffles for the team. Fun place. They provide 100% health insurance to employees and 50% to dependents. The developers and designers working at the company are very smart and talented. The work is in modern technologies, they work in CMS systems, Data Visualizations and wen and mobile applications. They are also creating MapThat a mapping product.
Cons
For me personally, it was a long drive from Roseville. They are in Natomas, close to downtown.
