      Flexible Hours, decent pay, nice office, good benefits

      Cons

      Lots of turn over, especially in the upper management. CEO only wants 'yes men' A new CEO is desperately needed Constantly lays off employee (typically right before the holiday too!) Quality of co-workers continues to get worse every year. Disorganized and completely incapable on hitting deadlines.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
