Worst company in my career - Developer Switched-On Employee Review

I am sorry your short time at switched-on was not a happy one. Some times people and companies are just not a good fit, and we try to learn from our mistakes. Let me respond to your review. We have a mix of senior, mid weight and junior developers, this is normal. If you were with us in 2017, I am sure your team leaders - who have been with us for more than 7 and 9 years respectively - would be a bit taken aback by the claim that you were the only senior. It is clear from your review that you are angry at being let go; clearly you were unhappy so it is a good thing you left and found your dream job. Since 2017 we have taken on an entirely new recruiting and onboarding process which takes into account cultural and social differences as well as a range of qualitative and quantitive measure for determining if we can serve our candidates and their suitability to our environment. Our job ads and recruitment process would have informed you that we allow dogs in the office.
