Middle management is beyond anything I have ever seen - terrible in every way. Employees are highly frustrated and those who can are leaving the sinking ship - disaterous team lead being the main reason! Sad to see what a once decent company has become. This is no longer a wealth manager - avoid working in SLAM's securities business.
