Business outlook
Pros
Good starting pay and reasonable benefits provided. Bonus may go as high as 4-5 months during good years. Good for retirement as management does not require staffs to work overtime as long as work is done on time.
Cons
Lack of career advancement. Successor of higher positions are often the person holding one position lower and the whole team gets "promoted". Such promotion does not comes with pay increment but a mere re-position. Hence, not somewhere someone could stay long if looking at getting promoted within 3 to 5 years. Tough to outshine if holding a low position as management does not recognise the efforts of the preparer.
